FLOOR SCREED UNDERLAYMENT

SAND & CEMENT
Screeds, or commonly called Traditional or manual Screed mix, is still the most commonly
used method of filling the gap between the structural slab of a building and the defined finished floor. Gray’s experienced/professional staff and operatives have laid thousands of
m2 successfully.

SELF LEVELLING COMPOUND

Self-leveling is typically used to create a flat or smooth surface where the surface is imperfect, usually installed in 3-5mm thickness for certain floor finishes, such as Epoxy, vinyl, and Gray Floors. This can give you that added quality assurance that there are no surface imperfections by applying a separate layer of ``self-leveling`` compound.

LIGHTWEIGHT/FOAM CONCRETE

For certain Projects Specification The difference between Structural Slab and
floor finishes gap is relatively thick so Gray Floors offer Light Weight/Foam concrete with various compressive strength to cover the gap and then Screed to receive finishes.

RAFT/SLAB CONCRETE FINISH

As a cost-saving technique, contractors power-floating on slab/raft to use as a finish floor surface, Gray Floors offers a professional power-floating service for the contractor, with smooth or rough surface finishes required.

POWER FLOAT FINISHING (SMOOTH / ROUGH)

We provide professional power float finishing in both smooth and rough textures to create high-density, wear-resistant concrete surfaces. Our smooth finish offers a polished, easy-to-clean floor for warehouses and industrial hubs, while our rough finish ensures essential slip-resistance for outdoor areas.

ACOUSTIC UNDER MATTING SYSTEM

Acoustic system is also called sound proofing system which comes under or above the screed /concrete to stop/reduce the sound, Gray Floors offers the same for special projects like, Hotel industries, hospitals, Schools, clubs and high-end residential building/ complex.
Our team is professionally trained to do the application of Acoustic matting system.

MICRO CEMENT TOPPING

We offer premium micro-cement topping that provides a seamless, high-end decorative finish for floors, walls, and furniture. This versatile, hand-applied coating delivers a modern industrial aesthetic with exceptional durability and water resistance for both residential and commercial spaces.

CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

EPOXY COATING & EPOXY SELF LEVELLING

LIGHT WEIGHT WALL PANELS

LIGHT WEIGHT WALL PANELSWe offer high-performance lightweight wall panels designed for rapid installation and superior thermal and acoustic insulation. GRINDING & SCABBLING

We provide professional grinding and scabbling services to prepare concrete surfaces by removing imperfections, old coatings, and high spots. Our specialized equipment ensures a perfectly keyed and level substrate, creating the ideal bond for new flooring or waterproofing systems.

RAISED FLOOR SYSTEM (POLYSTYRENE INSULATION)
